"We are a group of people who care about Windows Phone and are devoted to the platform and its ecosystem. However, there are things which are far from perfect at the moment and need improvement. Here are three areas which we think need most attention and should be fixed now."
Windows Phone is moving forward too slowly and other mobile platforms are miles ahead. Updates and improvements to the operating system and its built-in apps need to happen on an agile cadence.
Windows Phone and its SDK put very rigid constraints on developers and what they can do on the platform. This prevents developers from being able to provide great apps and great experiences.
Windows Phone is regularly missing some of the top apps that other mobile platforms have. This prevents new customers from switching to the platform. Delivering these missing apps should be a top priority.
